Our Speciality - Boilers

We offer a range of qualitative Boilers to our customers. One of the pivotal attribute of the Boiler is that is does not come under the Boiler Act. Hence, this Boiler does not require any registration nor any certified attendant. It uses husks as a fuel, though wood or any agricultural waste can also be used. The Boiler provides the required process stream to the cooking kettle. The water feed pump is, by default, mounted on the boiler itself. Some of the special characteristics of our boilers are as follows:

• Made of 12 mm and 14 mm thick MS Plate
• Double arc welded for efficient & prolonged service
• Supplied with efficient boiler feed pump
• 440 volts totally enclosed AC current electric motor
  

We also offer specialized fluidized fired steam boilers that can operate on different fuels such as coal, rice husk, coal, petroleum, coke etc. These are equipped with economizer & pollution control mechanism for reducing air pollution and hence are environment friendly. These provide high pressure range of up to 45 Kg/Cm2, using the innovative fluidized bed combustion technology.
